Returns Policy


We only accept returns due to the following:

  • Wrong final product (eg. wrong color, wrong item, wrong spelling) not in accordance to order detail
  • Damage proved to be caused directly by melly singapore

For deliveries, melly singapore is not liable for any damage caused by courier services. We do our best to prepare each item for delivery with adequate protection but we cannot control what happens after sending out the items. We shall not accept any liability arising from mailing/mishandling/etc. unless proved to be caused directly by melly singapore.

For self-collection, the product is considered accepted in its current condition once the customer has taken possession of the item and has not reported any issues or complaints immediately upon inspection. It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly inspect the product at the time of pick-up and bring to our attention any defects, damages, or discrepancies. Failure to do so within a reasonable timeframe will be construed as acceptance of the product in its present state, and any subsequent claims for returns may not be entertained. We strongly encourage customers to carefully examine the product upon receipt to ensure complete satisfaction.

Conditions for returning product

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused
  • unwashed
  • in the same condition that you received it
  • in its original packaging
  • not more than 5 days from the date of delivery/collection

Please provide proof of purchase along with the product for us to process the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved, the delivery fee for the return will be reimbursed to you and the re-delivery will be borne by us.

If your return is rejected, the delivery fee for the return will be borne by you, along with any additional delivery fee to send it back to you, if required.


Exchanges for the same product are subjected to the availability of stock.

If your return and exchange are approved, we will cover the delivery fee for the new item to be delivered to you.


If your return and refund are approved, we will refund the original cost of the product (excluding any delivery fee) to the original mode of payment.
